Well I guess we know this show's stance on people and technology.

What I wouldn't give for a decent new sci-fi show that didn't have a muted color palette and operate from the stance that people and/or technology are shit and gonna fuck things up for us. Why can't more sci-fi just show how technology changes us and let the viewer decide whether it's good or bad?

I saw it. It's pretty damn good. They did a damn good job bringing the books to life so far.

The books are great. Probably some of the best modern space opera out there. Will SyFy fuck it up? Probably. And its not Game of Thrones in space. The plot is nothing like that. Just a gay tagline to try to get people interested.
