It looks like something you'd see on Deviantart. The color composition is all kinds of wrong, probably because the artist was trying to make the Spartanians the focus of the image. So they made everything in the back blue-gray-white and made the Spartanians a rust brown. That starscape in particular is amateurish and distracting, exactly the sort of thing you'd expect from someone using Photoshop to paint an "interesting" starry background. The artist's complete misconception of Iserlohn fortress, if that's what it is, is just really, really ugly to look at.
