Kuuga is that one that puts up the best fight against Decade Violent Emotion, but that's pointless in the end. He does help in the final battle, but it's alongside many other Riders, and he's thrown off screen alongside every Decade secondary Rider once W arrives to team up with Decade.

As for Kivala I'm not really sure. It's implied that she's helping out Narutaki in his plan to murder Decade but she never really does anything to indicate that.

The issue is that Natsumi killing Decade was actually foreshadowed by Yonemura several times. In Aikawa's episodes, Narutaki wanted her to go away from him.

It just seems like the transition from Decade vs All Riders to Movie Wars 2010 resulted in that plot becoming really half assed.

Hm,thatwould work with what my own speculationfor what Nightingale's purpose is. Makoto gets fucked at some point in the show and his sister has to get Nightingale to save him. It will be a short stint of Kamenr Rider-hood for her (until Makoto is alright again) like Mage. First one was definitely for children. S ranks were insanely easy to get and the only difficulty at all during the entire game was the final survival level. In 2 they basically ramped the difficulty up to absurd levels with "Normal" basically being "Very Hard" in the first game, mooks being absolutely batshit with how often they attack, even harder bosses, S-ranks basically require you to make a 6000+ combo and never get hit for fifteen minutes or so, and the ranged bosses are even worse. Eternal was one of the worst bosses in Battride 1, now thanks to how much they ramped up everything he's basically one of the easier bosses in the lot.
