Are there any other show that successfully combine PLOT with plot and characters?
I think that applies to shows with Kimura in charge of character designs.
It's like...PLOT is a natural and common occurrence in the Kimura-verse. No characters ever point out the abundance of overflowing PLOT, they are just-there.
>How dare anonymous strangers on the internet not write a college thesis proving a Korean robot cartoon is good every time they say they enjoyed one!? Subjectivity and light-hearted discussion should be illegal!
>tfw this show reminds you of when you were a stupid horny teenager, and cared more about fapping than story quality
Those were shameful times.
Fuck off. "Fun is a buzzword." is a meme. And a stupid one. Fun has an actual definition and is easily quantifiable.
>1. something that provides mirth or amusement:
>A picnic would be fun.
>2. enjoyment or playfulness:
>She's full of fun.
If someone watches a show, and enjoyed watching it, they had fun.
>and is just there to try and give an ill-defined reason for liking something
Why should someone else have to justify enjoying themselves?
I find that extra funny because the guy who coined "fun is a buzzword" had pretty much the entire thread he was in laughing at him.
And then people started saying it seriously for some reason.
Fun is a lazy catch all term, but it is a natural descriptor for most entertaining shows. There are quality, serious shows out there which are good but not fun, so it isn't entirely catch all
Kimura adding PLOT and BACKSTORY to CLAMP's noodle people is either the most geniusest or stupidestest idea in the universe.
