It's in one of the mangas for f91 or victory. Judau was in this 80s and living at a colony around Saturn. he filled it with 2 million new types and turned it into a space ship. They went towards Proxima Centauri.

Given what we have seen in Turn A. They were the first of many space colonies that went off into the stars.
