We don't know the motivation behind building one here. We're guessing the mayor liked some transformers in one of his travels overseas. He posted pics of himself posing with 1/1 Autobot Statues earlier this year.

I'm looking for a mech show I saw as a kid
It was about some sort of robot fighting tournament and the main mech was a small humanoid and a dragon that combined into a large humanoid with a bitching shoulder canon
