Are humans and human endeavor fundamentally irrational?
Define irrational
Maybe. The decisions we make, the actions that spring from our minds, are never purely rational. But that doesn't make us fundamentally irrational.
Placed against the unfathomably large universe, though, what makes any sense at all?

not fundamentally

Humans are animals and like them they are driven by instenct. Tho dont exclusively.
Human beings are capable of rational thinking and decision making, but neither of those are necessarialy purely racional or irracional.
If we were driven by pure instinct, we would be raping and murdering out in the streets without any consequence.
If we were driven by pure logic se wouden't breed freely and neither care about topic like religion and philosophy.
The human being is a animal capable of rational thinking and behavior, but nevertheless, sometimes slave to his instincts and irracionalities.

by instead of placing yourself against the unfathomably large universe, you place yourself against the unfathomably small universe.
words can't explain anything fundamental
wtf i'm a weeb now

Probably. Hopefully. I prefer to think that [we] know not what we do, etc.

humans are quantum-rational

Agreed except on the philosophy bit. Philosophy played a big part in developing our rationality.

everything plays big part - butterfly effect.
you humanities fags are pitiful.

I suppose you could say Humans, and all life are irrational.
Yes.
Human Civilizationis irrational if we presume all existence is irrational.
Human thoughts are irrational.
Human feelings are irrational.
It's all irrational, man.
Why do you ask?
>>9976933
do you think you are deep?
you arent
>>9976933
Humans define rationality. This would require the whole concept of rationality, and irrationality, to be irrational. This is absurd, so no, it is in fact a logical impossibility for humans to be fundamentally irrational.
