Movie how?
It is extremely violent, would require a huge budget, and a director prepared to be 'artsy' in order to capture it correctly.
Those three things do not go together.

It's a really bad idea. Without McCarthy's prose the story is worthless. The movie would just be repetitive violence over and over again for 3 hours. And that's if its faithful which it wouldn't be anyway.
