Anyone else is trying to lucid dream to live out their favorite books? If you have already tell me about it. I keep trying to do it, but when I enter the sleep paralysis phase I freak out and I break the spell by focusing on my body parts to escape and run as fast as I can.

If you get too excited you'll break the spell. Here's how you do it: Stay in your bed in a reclined position as not to swallow your own spit, and keep still. DO NOT MOVE ONE BIT. You can not even move a pinky, you can breathe but your body does not naturally. After a while your body will go cold and you will enter sleep paralysis, close your eyes less you be a real nigga and face your fears. After that you will lucid dream, just take it slow.
