Not him but for me it's been like reading The Road and Fallout combined. Not for everyone, but a very unique science fiction novel that dares to challenge the reader a bit.

Delaney was trying to detail the experience of dyslexia and disorientation. The novel is an experiment which attempts to capture the paradox of reality as a sensory thing with the psychological issue of what our minds perceive as reality.

He also plays with the idea of 'time being a flat circle', hence why the novel is cyclical and the notion that the Kid may simply be one character repeating the same story with different details every time.

It's a good novel, but can be disjointed in places.

At the end of the day, it is ultimately about gaynigger pedophilia though.
