He was bisexual

The dialogues read like the perfect conversations you image in your head where the other person says precisely the right thing to set you up to say something profound and epic

>highschool level trigonometry and general precalculus stuff is seen as deep and difficult mathematics
Cringed so hard I feel like my soul just shot up from the bottom of my spine and out of my skull
I don't even really think he's the sassiest of the classics, he just tended to land the most punches because he was one of the more limber ones. Diogenese was 10x more sassy that Socrates could have ever hoped to be; but overall I think it's because of this sort of sparring, competitive nature that philosphy had achieved at the time. If you read Euthydemus you get to see a lot of dialogue as public spectacle, part of that spectacle being to make your opponent look a fool. I'd say maybe there's a connection between this and the Greeks predilection for competitive sports and other such stuff but like desu I don't really know much about Greece in antiquity.

Was he the first sassy gay?
Socrates was so funny, I did not expect him to be such a character.
>>9953682

Socrates is just a r9k poster in 300 BC who is scared of Chad thrachymacus
>>9953731
I find it more cringe-inducing that you critique a meme to demonstrate your supposed intellectual superiority.
>>9953811
Not to mention while missing the obvious irony of the meme.
