You can try to find happiness or fulfillment in philosophical investigation but in reality that's almost entirely a meme. Seek actual help, and find a social group of people who you can feel an actual sense of belonging to. That's generally how most people find happiness, through group social belonging and achievement, the rest of the stuff is just overanalysis.
