Bianca was conceived during the filming of Alpdrucken but that's undated, if we assume Pokler saw Alpdrucken the same year (which is a big assumption) we can use Ilse's age for reference, but I don't see anything more specific than sometime before 1937 when Pokler goes to Peenemunde.
