Start with entertaining authors, short stories, and potentially any books on eras of history you like. I found Hemingway's and Dostoevsky's short stories to be very entertaining, along with Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities as I first started reading.

Creating a habit, and don't break it. Your brain rewires itself, so in the weekend don't turn on your computer the first 2 hours, and just read 2 hours each morning. Don't count is just as 2 hours after waking, or else you spend those hours procrastinating, count it as actually reading hours.
