I alter the file to fix them. Same thing I do when I run into silly continuity errors when I read Star Wars, Star Trek, and Halo novels.

Nearly all my books are in epub format, so I correct the errors.

This is my aura one, it's pretty nice. It works as a mass storage device without any extra software, and it's waterproof. Bonus points to anyone who recognizes the book.
