Thoughts - 8/13/2017
I had a dream last night where the world was destroyed, as it was destroyed I was scared, scared of the judgment God would give to me.
I have resolved to understand that no man should fear death, but instead openly embrace it.
Live a righteous life, do good by others first, and by yourself second, follow God's commandments, and there shall be no reason to fear death.
I had a dream last night where I sucked my own dick. It was good.

Did you swallow like a good little reader?
I dreamed myself riding a bycicle at night and I kept seeing different constellations untill I didn't see any constellations and the sky just changed color and pattern every second. I had to get off my bike to hug a tree for some reason.

I wish my neurotic thoughts were about death. All I think about is the world going to shit. Don't think about myself at all. Probably why I'm going nowhere in life.
Do you think its essential to believe in a higher power to be mentally stable?

Yes.
To not believe in a higher power invites Nihilism, a very destructive force, into your life.
There is no point to living a life in where you feel everything is pointless. Humans naturally need something to believe it, as throughout the annals of history every group has believed in something.
Believe in, and trust God, and whether it abides by your extensive logic or not, it will eventually bring you peace.

I would say no and that it doesn't invite nihilism.
What's great about being human is that you can give life a purpose yourself. I'd say find a balance between thinking about others and yourself. It's great that others are doing better but it's quite tragic if it means you only do worse.
To say that believing and trusting god will give you peace in my opinion is an absurd statement.
