> Set in the year 2243, society is divided into two factions.
>There are the Insiders who live a utopian urban sprawl completely protected by a government organization known as the new world order. The insiders are monitored closely by the NWO and detered from commiting crimes of treason by threat of execution.
> There are also the outsiders who live without the help and support of the new world order, who consequently suffer from famine, disease and violent crime.
>There is a strong dichotomy as outsiders are not allowed inside, and insiders are not allowed outside.
>Act 1 - Patsy runs into trouble and requests help from Thomas. This leads to Thomas probing Patsy until he reveals that he is a smuggler, someone who takes Goods from the inside and delivers them to the outside.
>Eventually Patsy agrees to take Thomas with him on his next venture.
>The night arrives and Patsy reveals his method for escape. His father was also a smuggler in the past, and taught him the tricks the trade. They disable their tracking devices
>Act 2 - Thomas on the outside meets with the Prophet.
>The Prophet describes how the outsiders have learned to utilize a plant for mystical visions of nature, potentially even a vision of the divine itself.
