It's one of those "Humans of New York" pieces. I see them on Facebook occasionally.
They interview people and take their picture. Then they transcribe a snippet and glue the text beside their uncomfortable faces. Content is either peoples' boring life stories or general dumb shit like OP's pic.
I just looked it up - 18 million Facebook followers. Comments section consists of heavy petting and virtue signaling. It's the reddit of reddit.
I am now mad at myself for spending what was more than three minutes on the page.
