Is it Male on Female with a Male POV? That's harder to sell, I find. Just about anything else works if you find the right niche. I've even had good success with Shemale on Male (male POV), and my readers are still mostly women.

If you're having trouble selling Female POV hetero bdsm, you must be doing something wrong with your cover/title/blurb.
