Why is he no longer memed on here again?
because you joined in and then it wasn't cool anymore

I NEVER MEMED HIM FAGGOT

He's kind of a national treasure in my country so I try to stay away from his influence. He's for normies around here.
>>9825162
what's there to meme about him? he's the only author so far that I genuinely like when it comes to writing style
>>9825280
>he is for normies around Chile
qué? nada que ver
all the cool anons who like decent literature have left and been replaced by /pol/tourists arguing about total banalities

He's actually good tho. Best short stories I've ever read. Finished the return in one night and will probably finish last evenings on Earth before the sun rises this morning.
He's not memey, he's just good in an ordinary way, where Pinecone, Gass, Tranny Hooker, and Bandana Man have their eccentricities.
can we all agree that savage detectives is vastly superior to 2666?

>Tranny Hooker

liberals can't stand rape.
latinoid eroticism is filled with rape! can't meme him, police will interfere, public hangings. Butters will betray you. no trust in her powdery wings. don't leave your fingerprints on the dustjacket, just mix your kush with your favorite song and let /lit/ devolve into a philosophical /mu/.
i do wonder if there should be a /phi/. REEE stirnerfags preclude yourselves from your rightful ownership! something something nonsensical pleb who doesn't even read anyway.
Spanish isn't all that great after all.

Yeah, 2666 was unfinished

because he's overrated

>Sade

this. sadly, for the big part of the time I lurked here people still talked a lot about the meme trilogy (ij, gr and ulysses, and previous trilogies, with 2666 etc) but unfortunately that time I hadn't read any of those. now that I have read ulysses, reading IJ, and am getting around the biggest memes, its impossible to have a good thread, always ending up in people who have never read them saying I am haven't read them too and/or am pretentious for saying I enjoyed them.
