Start with Egil or Njal.

They have no real chronology and are usually sorted by location rather than era.

Is there a complete list of the icelandic sagas, and what do you mean there's no chronology to them?
I don't mean as if they go 1 after another, I mean to say which years the stories are based around, or when they were written.
