If you have time to read all of that you have time to learn some Arabic, and the answer is a categorical no without the Qur'an.

You'd basically be on the academic level of a Religous Studies professor or Islamic scholar after reading all of this and understanding it. But why would you, Abrahamic religion predates Islam by 1,000 years, if there was any spiritual, mystical voodoo aspects of the Abrahamic religions, they would be in the original texts. If anything, Zoroastrianism is what you need to study.
