What is flash fiction?
>>9752159
It's essentially a political idealogy by-word, you can use the word "explain," and it's ridiculous to see it used over and over again.

It's fine and really fun to write. The first few stories I published were flash. The money is espcially crappy, but that's hardly the point.
Lyrical and dense flash fictions are extremely impressive. I wish William Gass had written some back in the day.

It's a trash genre for lazy pseuds. There has never been a great flash fiction writer.

I prefer fash fiction. the turner diaries for example
John Barth is cool.
Currently reading The Sot-Weed Factor, which I'm sure is quite different from that.

I love John Barth, but some of the stories in this collection I can not STAND. I would literally rather read gibberish than read some of these masturbatory stories again. That said, Barth is a great writer and I started re-reading The Floating Opera today, one of my favorite novels ever.

Read Borges, you pseud. For the most part Flash is a new form. It's only just beginning to grow. Borges is an anomolie.

Your rejection of the word is predicated on ideology.
