Fucking hell, there used to be an amazing YouTube simply titled "Norm MacDonald is crazy" that collected a lot of his longer radio interviews where he talks about not leaving his apartment and not having sex. Irrelevant, the exception merely implies that only the state or a state representative (like a prison guard) can rape a slave, since when you become a prisoner you become property of the state. Tolstoy, however, was not employed by the state.
