How to I protect my dust jackets /lit/?
The better question is: how do you keep your books from accumulating dust on the top or sides? Do you windex the front and back cover?

>not throwing them in the bin

Every single thing in this world collects dust, all you can do is clean it from time to time, unless you find a way to store your books in space or in a vaccum.

This.
Are there really people who don't throw dust jackets away? They are so frustrating when you are trying to read.

>take jacket off and set on bookshelf when reading the book
>put it back on when book is finished and placed back on the shelf
the jackets are for storing them to keep dust off of them
it is hard for it to get dusty when you are reading it
