I read Garp in hs and enjoyed it. Later, I read Cider House and Hotel NH and wasn't that impressed. That said, I wd read Garp again just to see. Start with that one.

I thought The Hotel New Hampshire was meh. I couldn't get into The Cider House Rules and put it down after about 60 pages.
