I want to buy pic related but its $31.99 new and $25 on a budget. I've heard this version is the most unbiased but is there a cheaper one anywhere that is the same quality?

Most people have only been taught the point of view of the Allied powers. If they hid operation keelhaul, what else may they have hid or lied about? Wouldn't you agree that both sides thought the other was wrong, and if so, wouldn't you want to know the other sides story?
