Unironically The Bible
Make Your Bed by Admiral William H. McRaven.

I picked this up by chance not expecting it to be very interesting, but it blew me away. Read this book. McRaven is a Navy Seal and most of the book is about how his training shaped his character and his philosophy on life. There are many incredible stories in this short book and even if you don't have any desire to be in the military (I definitely don't) you can still apply all the lessons in here to your day-to-day life.
