I deal with a lot of Liberals, and they tout Islam as being a religion of innocence and peace while Christianity is some sort of bane on society that causes all the problems that have ever been problems. Shouldn't be surprised that presenting those passages didn't help at all. Ultimately, I no longer associate myself with them.
