There have been some popsci books on psychopaths, namely the intelligent ones who don't get caught and end up useful as surgeons, or more destructive as CEOs

You could also search google scholar for the dark triad which includes psychopathy, machiavellianism and narcissism

You could check out life history traits and how that links to the dark triad

Reminder that you are literally useless to society and that you are missing out on one of the most important and fulfilling parts of living a life by not being able to form human relationships. She was showing them photos of emotions and asking them to identify them.

Psychopaths "know the words, not the music", and Autists are the opposite. A psychopath can read emotions and mimic them as needed. I think it's been established that they basically can only genuinely experience contempt, apathy, rage, and 50% of regret. I say 50% bc there was a study and when a psychopath ends up in jail they do regret it like oh shit, but when they're about to do something dumb they don't have the forethought to say hey I might regret this. It's better to think of them as social predators, a cancer on society. They're not all ace murders, just unsympathetic and uninhibited.

On the other hand autists get the full rainbow of emotions they just don't understand social queues, so in a sense they're opposite sides of a coin
