I used to have this feeling about life, but never really narrowed it down to something conscious. Then Cioran comes along and fucking nails it down.

Sometimes his overly cynical view on things would make me feel better and I'd get back on track towards my life pursuits. There was also comfort knowing I wasn't alone with my thoughts when I was in a down spiral. The dude was incredibly young when he was writing melancholy this decrepit that.

Though I could see how some would get more depressed by reading Cioran.
