Is there anyone else here on /lit/ that, for much of their life, didn't really like reading, and picked it up within the last few years?

I was very into reading as a teenager, got into movies and pop culture in my 20s and am now back into reading again
Ari is waifu
I always liked reading
when I was younger I used to read Sherlock Holmes and Moby Dick (altough I was too stupid then to catch any of the symbolism, I will reread it soon in english)
but when I hit puberty I basically stopped reading alltogether (because it was "uncool") and started drinking, smoking and playing vidya all day.
But two years ago I had to work in a foreign country for like 3 month and was pretty bored since I didn't know anyone so I picked up reading again and rediscoverd my love for it
Ever since I just coulldn't go back to vidya/TV (I only watch some shows that I like like Fargo, True Detective etc.) it feels so shallow
