There's nothing that's going to get you over that. Nothing. It's just something you have to get used to. Distract yourself as much as you can. But of course, there'll be those nights when you can't sleep and it hits you that you are in fact going to die and you'll feel that momentary sense of panic, your heart will race, you might sweat a little, your breathing will become laboured, but it'll subside soon enough, you'll come to the realisation that yes you will, but not right now.

I mean, that's me at least. And it's something that's been happening since I was *maybe* 9? I've often wondered whether or not I should see someone about it.
