The original 1922 text was filled with typos and attempts to fix them in later editions is the source of a lot of controversy among scholars, but honestly it probably doesn't matter that much for plebs like us. I like my Oxford World Classics edition, which uses the original 1922 text, but it has explanatory notes which are helpful without being overwhelming.
