It is radical in the sense of going against, say, the folk intuitions of common people. Many in this list take an evolutionary perspective which is still radical to many.
Some of them are transhumanists, which is a highly radical idea though perhaps not as controversial as some evolutionary thought.

Otherwise they are centrist in the sense that they do not oppose the status quo but rather seek to improve it.

And my love for utilitarianism is I guess a personality quirk but it also matches with a capitalistic framework.
