How do you get your country to do the objective moral good of privatising the mailing service and killing off all the shitty public employees that make your books arrive 2 months late?
In my country public mail is competent and it's the senders fault usually for not having stuff in stock if it takes ages. You should try moving to a first world country.
i cant think of a single public service that has been improved by privatisation.
besides, whats the point of having a local authority if it doesnt manage public services?
Reminds me of a conference I attended where Cambridge University Press had their entire shipment seized by Peruvian customs. They were reduced to handing out photocopied pages of their latest catalog.
