The first rule of LIT-CLUB: We do not talk about LIT-CLUB! (Plebs talk - we write.)
The second rule of LIT-CLUB: We don't use paragraphs. Everything should be made into a wall of text. (If it was hard to write, it should be hard to read.)
The third rule of LIT-CLUB: Always praise dead old writers. It will make you feel refined and distinguished. It makes us feel part of an enlightened clique of intellectuals.
The fourth rule LIT-CLUB: Don't stop writing just because you have nothing more to say. Keep adding words ad infinitum, because you can compensate with quantity, what you lack in quality.
The fifth rule of LIT-CLUB: Do NOT reply to shitposts. Use "sage" if you must. Filter and hide all posts talking about LIT-CLUB.

You probably should replace that rule with a rule abouy proofreading.
Shouldn't it be /lit/-CLUB?
Exactly and specifically I would mayhaps take it upon thyself to indicate and inquire as to which and what dusty, weighty tomb the patrons, members, and masters of LIT-CLUB will first be feasting their opulent eyes upon at this cold hour when the weather is ever so dark and rainy.?

Rule 3's a tad typical. I just like seeing what those who came before (ourselves) read and thought. This 'trying to appear more intellectual' and whatever else is cute but in truth the opposite of what is in fact the case. When not hiding out entirely I generally hide the fact that i read- just to get along.
As the grand ruler of LIT-CLUB, I've decided to make you all honorary members. No need to thank me.
I've also decided you don't have to memorize all the rules that couldn't make it into the main post due to size limit.
I also announce the best post ITT to be: >>9654173 -- If all posts were like that I wouldn't have to read books at all.
