How do I evoke specific emotions out of my readers?
There's a hundred ways of delivering sad emotions, but I want to narrow it down into an almost scientific formula that will 98,8% for sure activate the dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins.

You can't because you're autistic. You might be able to ignite whatever autistic people feel though.

Forcing emotions is not only ineffective 99% of the time (unless you get to the point where you can fake it incredibly well), but is also just pretty autistic in nature in general.
It's pretty damn simple, you either feel emotions and know how to properly convey them, or you don't. Trying to break down and understand emotions on a scientific level as a creative type is retarded - pure emotion is the foundation of good art. There is no formula for manipulating people's emotions. There are different elements you can use to evoke whatever feelings you're attempting to, but this isn't math for fuck sake.
