I've heard Latin is easier, so I want to learn that first. I also think it has more resources. I want to learn Ancient Greek eventually too.

"latin" isn't one language though

Latin is so much easier than ancient greek. also, they aren't good online courses, but Memrise has some latin stuff that's worth doing to supplement with whatever online courses you find.
I would honestly just find some latin courses at a community college. It'd cost like $120 and if you did Latin 1 & 2 over the summer and sophomore-level latin once in fall and spring (I'm assuming you're not at a university, by the way), you'd be able to read it pretty well in under 365 days, assuming you put a little effort outside of it.
not op. is it worth it?

You can read Latin poetry if you learn it, impossible in translation. Also helps greatly for English grammar.
