<be me
<talking with my uncle in his office
<he is talking about some magazine someone gave him where they talk about evolution
<he doesn't believe in evolution and thinks nobody who believes in god believes in that "weird" Darwin's Theory
<i try to explain to him what darwin's theory is and how, from a certain religious point of view you can belive in both things.
<i read a lot and i understand Darwin's Theory well but i couldnt explain her nothing. i just started to throw almost incoherent sentences out of my mouth like i always do and he just finished listening me out of pity.

fuck. i want to be more articulate, i am in law school and i am one of the top students.mfw everytime i open my mouth everyone thinks i am dumb.

Slow down. Think about what you want to say before you say it. Don't be afraid to pause, mid sentence even. Pauses are never as long or awkward for the listener as they seem to you. Try to repeat back what the other person just said before pivoting and then stating your case. Practice by doing.
