I used to go to the library all the time, we have a gorgeous old central library.

Unfortunately this city has a total hands off pandering attitude to the homeless so now the place stinks of bums who just sit around the place all day, not to read of course, just to sleep and browse dredge report.

The reading degrees in our population is horrible, and the government just don't give a damn.

I live in the third largest city in the country, and we have only one public library, located in one of the richest neighbourhoods.

For us, it's much more easy to just visit used book stores nearby and spend a little.
