It's good. I have a copy. It's what you would imagine. I would also suggest Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar in a similar vein. And I also suggest reading Patanjal's Yoga Sutras even though it's not really similar.

I suggest one or both of John Stirks's classic works: Soft Exercise or Structural Fitness.
