After I have finished the general core of the Greeks for both literature and philosophy, where do I go?
Can I start on 20th century literature or do I need to move to the Middle ages/Bible shit?

Nietzsche. Maybe some tid-bits of Descartes before that, but directly straight to Nietzsche afterwards
the post-greek greeks

Nietzsche is great insofar as his thought develops from the Greeks in a way others do not. Nietzsche, however, also draws on the Romans.

Resume with the Romans
Also, the NeoPlatonists would also be good.

the Hellenics if not already covered and the Romans, then you can get into medieval scholasticism and such
>>9579890
You could just resume with the Romans or you could go for whatever you'd like.
The Greeks are the foundation, after that you can build whatever you'd like.

The Romans are meme-tier. Go to the continental philosophy, learn of classic liberal philosophers, and go to post-modern/existentialist philosophers afterwards.
Can I go to Descartes, Nietzsche, etc and come back to the Christians later?

Read "The Secret History", a fantastic book about students who take the "the Greeks" meme too far.

Possibly ○
Resume with the Romans, then try Descartes, who is one of the first modern philosophers.
