Notes from the Underground.
You can jump right into it with The Brothers Karamazov, but I'd recommend starting with something like Crime and Punishment or Notes From the Underground and working your way through his major works before TBK.
I started with TBK. Crime & Punishment and Notes From the Underground are a good start though.
