Because she is virtually indisguishable from her book. Atlas Shrugged is one giant self insert for her philosophy and worldview. It's virtually impossible to critique Atlas Shrugged without overtly critiquing Ayn Rand. And even if you do, she didn't want her work to be seperated from her philosophy anyway. Her work was to espouse her philosophy. It's like talking about Resurrection without talking about Christian Anarchism. It's basically impossible.
