As a "philosopher", nearly all of her positions are outdated and uneducated. She writes things about Aristotle so obviously contrary to the texts that it's evident that she hasn't fully read him.

Her ideas on morality are just edgy enough for people to consider, but are never coherent enough to be discussed beyond meme slogans. "haha but what if the opposite were true"

Her ideas sound good on the surface level, but are so long that nobody would take the time to give them a deeper reading.

She was anti-soviet dissident whose novels conveniently lined up with existing American ideology.

Most importantly though, having pseudo-philosophical thought in her novels makes teenagers and redditors feel really smart for reading "big intellectual books", contributing to her cancerous, cult-like fanbase. I don't blame people for being turned off from her writing when there is a voluminous mass of faggots praising her every misstep.
