It's very easy, making an account takes 5 minutes and then for the book you just need a jpg for the cover/a description/upload the text document. Obviously there's marketing and stuff you can do if you're someone pumping out 3 shorts a week but I've made a decent return on my time just posting books with no mailing lists or whatever.

There's a /r/eroticauthors subreddit where people seem to know their stuff. Most important is a good cover/description/title, text quality is secondary for porn.

Yeah, in photoshop. I troll free stock photo sites for photos that allow free commercial use, then make sure any faces are obscured. Then I jazz them up if I need to, like adding a green tint to make the half-naked guy into an orc.
