No really it's absolutely frustrating to read something where the very point is that none of the ideas get fleshed out. Ideas need to stretch their legs, not be consumed like a clump of tiny fish eggs. It's an absolute cop out imo.

Aphorisms are great, usually their point is that the reader himself is supposed to think about it. And a point made in an aphorism isnt always needed to be fleshed out for 50 pages; that would probably be 50 pages of air, basically repeating the same thing over and over
