It kind of got picked up by mainstream blog sites so all I can find is shitty blogs about it, not the original tweet thread. But it's basically really shitty love poems mixed with Tori Amos lyrics and occasionally his "triggering" by saying moderately offensive things about Muslims

Milo basically just takes advantage of the fact that mainstream liberals have no idea how to argue and just beats them with really bad arguments. That's the only reason he's at all popular
