fuck off
Absolutely. If you know about the memes and have read wikipedia, read Stirner's Critics first, as that clear up most misunderstandings.

They are, but you should really take time in consuming them. They aren't very long, collectively they are probably less than 1000 pages.
His ideas are presented in a fashion that leaves them very much to interpretation, no doubt on purpose, and most people try to read them and integrate them into their beliefs. It's best to start with a "clean slate" ideologically before reading his main work, and to really try and get a feel for it outside of something supplemental to your beliefs, it creates a pretty profound mindset imo.

Why does he wear the glasses?

You kind of missed the boat, Stirner posting has pretty much died
The Ego and His Own is really his only "work."
Memes aside, he had some interesting ideas and is interesting to study but shouldn't be taken too seriously. There's a reason he's not really covered in philosophy or political theory courses. He's like a less stupid Ayn Rand.

That's because he triggers marxists and collectivists of all sorts, and those are prevalent in political philosophy.
Overall I agree, he's not too deep but definitely worth reading.
